We have a long running relationship with OEM repair facilities in this area, because of this we are called upon frequently to assist in special situations. This case history is one of our newest emergency situations. This company is a paper manufacturing facility in NC and had a situation that needed an immediate turn around.  This customer was waiting for new bearings as spares to their unit when there unit had difficulty operating. This led them to us to repair a spare set in case of an emergency. These bearings went into a piece of equipment which support their main manufacturing line. A piece of equipment being down to this customer could mean losses of tens of thousands of dollars. Through our efforts and scheduling an impossible window of a 24 hour period was accomplished in less than 20 hours.
